Which Template Is Right for Me?

What would you like to sort out first?

Start with the question you want answered today. One useful file can be a good starting point; you can see what is inside before choosing.

01 / PAYDAYS & BILLS · $7

Which check covers rent?

Rent on the first. Payday on a Friday. The Paycheck & Bills Planner puts bills beside the paycheck before they are due and highlights a shortfall.

Check the fit: paydays must be exactly 7 or 14 days apart. There is room for up to 26 paychecks and 40 bills per file. Fixed twice-monthly dates and irregular pay cycles are not supported.

02 / THE WHOLE MONTH · $9

Where did the month go?

The Calm Budget gives income and spending a place to land. Log transactions, compare your budget with what happened, and see all 12 months side by side.

Choose this for: a monthly spending picture. Its monthly totals serve a different purpose from the Paycheck Planner’s bill-by-payday calendar.

03 / DEBT PAYMENTS · $5

What could the payoff plan look like?

The Debt Payoff Planner compares snowball and avalanche using the balances, rates and payments you enter. It shows an estimated payoff date, months to go and interest.

Check the fit: up to 8 debts. Estimates assume fixed APRs, monthly interest and no new charges; your lender’s figures may differ.

04 / SAVINGS & ANNUAL COSTS · $5

What needs money set aside?

Savings Goals & Sinking Funds gives each goal a target and date, tracks deposits, and turns yearly costs such as car registration into a monthly amount.

Check the fit: up to 12 goals. You log the amounts yourself; the tracker does not move money or connect to your bank.

05 / THE HOUSEHOLD · $7

Prefer a page on the kitchen counter?

The Home Binder has 34 undated pages for meals, cleaning, routines, maintenance, contacts and bill tracking. Print the pages you need and reuse the weekly layouts.

Check the format: a digital US Letter PDF, which prints on A4 with “fit to page.” Nothing physical is shipped, and it does not calculate totals like a spreadsheet.

If you will use more than one tool

Both bundles arrive as a ZIP download. Choose the files you expect to use; the individual templates are available separately.
