These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Linen & Ledger ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Our products

We sell digital templates (spreadsheets and printable PDFs). Product pages describe what's included, the file format and compatibility. We work to keep descriptions accurate; if we get something wrong, we'll correct it and, where our refund policy applies, refund you.

2. License

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, use, edit and print it for your own household or personal use. You may not resell, share, sublicense, redistribute or publish our files or modified versions of them, or use them to create competing products. The free 30-Day Spending Reset guide may be shared unmodified for free. We keep all rights we don't expressly grant.

3. Not professional advice

Our products and content are tools for organizing and general education only. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Calculations depend on the information you enter and on stated assumptions, and may differ from figures provided by lenders or other institutions. You're responsible for decisions you make using them.

4. Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases such as suspected fraud or a pricing error; if we cancel after payment, we'll refund you in full.

5. Delivery and refunds

Delivery is described in our delivery policy and refunds in our refund policy.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site, interfere with its security, or attempt to access files you haven't purchased.

7. Disclaimers and limits

Our products are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we don't guarantee any particular financial result, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
