Refund policy

Our products are digital files delivered instantly after purchase. Because a download can't be returned, we handle refunds as follows.

When we'll refund you

• The file won't open or doesn't work as described, and we can't fix it together. Contact us within 14 days of purchase.
• You were charged twice for the same product by mistake.
• You bought a product and then its bundle within 14 days. We'll refund the separately purchased item that's included in the bundle.
• You never received access and we can't resolve it.

When we can't refund

• Change of mind after the file has been delivered.
• Buying a product that requires software you don't have (compatibility is listed on every product page). We're happy to help you set up the free Google Sheets option instead.

How to ask

Use our contact page with your order number and a short description of the problem (a screenshot helps). We reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

These terms don't limit any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
