Shipping policy

Digital delivery
Everything we sell is a digital download. Nothing is shipped and there are no shipping fees.
- When: immediately after your payment is confirmed.
- Where: your order confirmation email, sent to the address you entered at checkout, includes a download button for each item.
- Formats: spreadsheets are .xlsx files (Microsoft Excel 2010+ or Google Sheets); printables are PDF files. Bundles arrive as a single .zip file containing each item.
- Access later: use the download button in your order confirmation email. If it expires or stops working, contact us and we'll send a new one.
Problems with delivery
If you don't see your email within 15 minutes, check spam and promotions folders, then visit our Download help page or contact us with your order number.
